Michael Brummer, Personal Trainer, Shares How You Can Maintain Excellent Fitness —
An essential ingredient in maintaining one’s fitness is having the mindset NO EXCUSES! No matter what your age, occupation, financial status, daily schedule, etc., there is a way to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle.
BUSY PARENTS: If you’re a busy parent, exercise before your children wake-up in the morning, while they’re at school, or after they go to sleep at night.
TIGHT FINANCES: If finances are tight and you’re unable to sign-up at a gym, you can walk or jog around your neighborhood, purchase a low-cost exercise DVD you can view at home, use the stairs instead of the elevator, or park farther away in a parking lot when you’re shopping.
HECTIC SCHEDULE: If you have a hectic schedule, you must make exercise a priority. Schedule it into your day even if it means getting-up an hour earlier or watching less tv, exercise must be a priority!
Remember, if you have the mindset of NO EXCUSES, you will make exercise part of your regular schedule no matter what your circumstances, which will make exercise part of your lifestyle!
